Interior door panel 1948 chevy stylemaster

I'm having the interior professionally redone in my 1948 stylemaster delivery.

The upholstery guy asked me to provide a photo of what the inner-door-panels should look like. I have found some photos but nothing concrete for the stylemaster.

Anyone have any info on this?

The Sedan Delivery had a very plain black interior made of some sort of plastic coated cloth that cracked after a few years. The door panel had a single rectangle sewn into it. Stylemaster pass. cars had a fairly nice cloth material in a plain pattern.
