Wow - its been in the low to mid 50's all week here in southern Ontario (normal highs would be 35-40) - managed to get the car out and drive it all week back and forth to work. Anyone else taking advantage of our Indian Summer
I've been driving the '32 to work every day too My goal is to go into December... if there's no salt!
I headed up to Uxbridge the other day for the flu shot ('38 Olds coupe) ... started snowing on the way up. The roads were just wet but all the lawns and fields were completely white. Was actually a really cool feeling heading up Lakeridge rd. in the old car, really felt like I was "back in time" ... you just don't see old cars out when it's snowing like that. I'll "tuck her in" when they start tossing salt, but until then ... I have every intention of driving it to Christmas dinner if the roads are dry ... sure there will be salt on 'em by then but there is salt in Bonneville Utah and people drive cool cars on that. Pro85Fiero ... Blue as in the beer? ... yuck, Molson Canadian thanks ...

O.K. I forgot that there is still that beer preference (rivalry) thing in Canada. Its all comming back to me now! There will be more fights over which is a better Canadian beer then which is the better Canadian hockey team. Well they're ALL good, ay!!!!
I took mine of the road last week, I know I'll get more done on my other projects if I can't drive the 34! But it will be a long wait till April! Eric
Dermot ... i hear you, that's why I went out of my way for the flu shot. I enjoy getting out of the city. Interestingly, my car has a Mustang II kit in it purchased from Horton's (before they became WelderSeries).
Been driving the stuff out of the 54 all week too. I love this weather!!!! I know it will be changing soon though.
If you saw a '38 Olds coupe on the 401 (Ontario Canada) today (Dec 26), it was most likely me. Put about 70 miles on it. Managed to get one "honk and thumbs up" but it could have been "the finger" I guess .
