Inability to post more than a very short message

Hi Guys, I'm sorry to bother you again but I still am having a horrid time trying to post. Every time I write more than a sentence or two I am timed out or something and my post is wiped out and a message comes up telling me that I don't have permission to perform this function. You have sent me a message asking me to post and I would love to, if I could. Would you please help me. This is really miserable. Thanks
