Can someone help me ID these wheels. I think they are 32-33 Plymouth. They measure 4" outside to outside and 18 3/8 across. What size does this make them? 20160815_130052.jpg 20160815_130023.jpg

Measure were the tire would sit when mounted on the wheel. (inside) For the bolt pattern measure from the center of one hole to the edge of the third hole (skip 1 hole). So they may be 3 1/2" x 17"

If I measure where I think the bead should set I get 16.5. They are probably 17 inch wheels. Bolt patern is 5 on
    4 1/2 i think.

Measure hub cap hole. and precise bolt circle.

Note that the center axle hole has an inward facing raised edge, that fits into a groove in the drum face. Somewhat eliminates a lot of cars
