Pretty cool but it's a sedan.. I gotta buddy in the hood restoring his black 3 window 35 Olds coupe...very slinky. Those are tough to restore with all the wood in the body.

It ain't that they're bad...they're just not as graceful as a 3 window coupe, in my opinion. My opinion and a dollar will get you a cup of coffee. I always liked sleepers..4 doors make good ones. I'd imagine yours has a 455?

[/ QUOTE ] not yet...but it's got a tire ripping 307. i've done quite a bit since last winter so i'm getting kinda worried about the snow coming up now i just have to decide if i get some huge snow tires or get a better rear (still the open diff) and with all the rain we're having i'm already having traction problems

Coffee is still a dollar in Omaha? That appears to be a nice car. I would drive it, also. However, as Rocky said, the coupe is more graceful. I can see the car just as it sets with only minor changes. A 327, four speed, and 15 and 16 inch Chrome wheels with wide whites. Of course, a much lower stance, maybe a little lower in front for an Attitude>

Frank [/ QUOTE ] lol...i get that a lot. it's nowhere near the beast it'll be when i put the 455 in there, but it's one mean 307 as far as they go. just ask the local ricer populous and look at my treadwear. i have to say though; taking the engine off the computer, adding a holley 650, 50000 volts through the recurved dist, straight-piping it, ram air and a performance built trans with a 2000 stall converter will make a huge difference in a car like that (among the other tweaks and tunes i've done) i'm crazy, i know
