Thanks for all you encouragement. I had a few moments while I was painting when I wasnt so sure about the gold but Im defiantly happy with it now. I brought the car home late this afternoon.
Looks good. I was unsure about the gold, but i think it will look a lot better with the stainless and glass in. I like the subtleness of the body modifications on your car. Cant wait to see it all put together
I'm not done with the sand paper yet. I just gets a lot finer now. Ya it does. The Americans have no idea what your taliking about.
NICE NICE NICE Always love a car where the owner is not afraid to try something out of the box.. You hit a home run there in my opinion !! Good job. Cheers.......
I didn't like it until I saw the outside pics, now I do. Reminds me of that Barris chopped hardtop, the second version with the bright colors, not sure what it was called but it's got a very similar look to it. Should look real nice all assembled.
I believe your thinking of the second version of Father Larry Ernsts Chevy. It was one of the ones that inspired me to do something a little crazy with the colour.
Mr. can't spell...........I told my buddies, "That looks TOO GOOD ! to have been done wid a Brush/or Roller ! " NICE ! Be Proud...... SmokeyII
Congrats, be proud of the accomplishment, I really like the colors too, and it'll really come together with all the stainless and chrome to top it off. Good luck on the rest.
Too bad your address isn't "1951"! love the colors, squat and black steelies. Keep the pics coming... subscribed!
Sometimes we take chances and your colors look great. Never would have thought of this combo. I also can't wait to see it done.
