I love the Blue, I think the gold might be a bit much, We'll see when you get it all back together

  6. Thanks for all you encouragement. I had a few moments while I was painting when I wasn’t so sure about the gold but I’m defiantly happy with it now. I brought the car home late this afternoon.

Looks good. I was unsure about the gold, but i think it will look a lot better with the stainless and glass in.

I like the subtleness of the body modifications on your car. Cant wait to see it all put together

I'm always happy when I put the sand paper away.

I didn't like it until I saw the outside pics, now I do. Reminds me of that Barris chopped hardtop, the second version with the bright colors, not sure what it was called but it's got a very similar look to it. Should look real nice all assembled.

  17. I believe your thinking of the second version of Father Larry Ernst’s Chevy. It was one of the ones that inspired me to do something a little crazy with the colour.

Congrats, be proud of the accomplishment, I really like the colors too, and it'll really come together with all the stainless and chrome to top it off. Good luck on the rest.

Sometimes we take chances and your colors look great. Never would have thought of this combo. I also can't wait to see it done.
