Technical I.D. on banjo steering wheel might be mopar

This was on my 1940 Dodge truck. Its not correct for the truck but I can't figure out what its originally for. The horn ring and the hardward is correct for the stock wheel. Looks and fits like a factory wheel. I would think its a mopar banjo wheel but don't know what year or make. Thanks
