now you just need to do the rational thing and swap that motor out for a real motor like a 283, 327 or 409
It happens. All our modern drivers are GM. All our hotrods are Fords. I guess they call that a house divided.
I did the same thing this year! Chevys all my life, and I bought my '63 Falcon in March. But then I tore it apart and put a 464 Chevy in it!
Well,,,it's not a Full On Ford. It's just a T-Bird. You'll probably have to find a new group of Friends now. The Wizzard

Great choice of Ford. '55 is a great Bird. Get some heavy duty front and rear sway bars on that car pronto! They're beautiful, but they drive and handle like a truck.
Step away from the checkbook....please. In a few weeks, with the proper counseling, you will be alright. We hope! Nice Bird...
Now that's Funny,,,,and so true. Everything I have with G.M. motors in them marks there territory every time I stop. None of my Ford powered Hot Rods have that issue. The Wizzard
