I have a -37 Hudson steeringbox and wonder what other pitman arms will fit.
-32 ford ? 35-48 ford pass? Or maybe a GM arm? The shorter the better and preferable without
    the ball.
The Hudson steering shaft has 28 splines plus 4 masters. Od top is 1,056" and Od bottom is
    1,12

So, a tapered spline with "masters"?
Sounds to me like a one-off.
Do you have the Hudson pitman arm?
If so you can modify it to fit your needs.
If you don't have it you're probably going to have find one.

I have a 37 Hudson steering gear on my 32 pu and I used a 33/34 Ford pitman with the forged ball on the inside which I needed to clear my split bones and use original 32/34 tie rod ends. The 32 arm will also fit and has a bolt on ball that can be removed to use a later style Ford tie rod end. Also I had to file the masters to get everything to clock correctly, not a big deal just took a little time.
