Did something happen that made you re-vitalize this old thread?

 

Curious - do they show up at the local LSR in Austin ? I know I'm a few spaces over from them at our big southwest swap meet - it's where most pick up their needs.

 

I actually called today and they answered the phone and was real nice, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping for a prosperous future.

 

Please post your experience as I too would like to place an order.

 

Not good. probably waited 9 months. Gave up and had to make my own up in the end.
Would never deal with again....

 

Don't...you will regret it unless you can go and pick your pieces up.

 

Your profile says you're 80 years old. I wish you the very best of health, but,from folks historically dealing with Howell's directly-you don't have enough time.

 

I usually don’t post negative comments but I have to agree. The guys at howells are BS!!!! I ordered a pair of 32 3wd patch panels a month ago. After a week I called and the guy said he’d call me with tracking. (No call). They showed up 5 days later and were for a sedan. Called back and said he’d send correct ones with return label that day. Another week goes by..... called again!!! Said they went out on that Thursday but didn’t have a tracking number handy. 2.5 weeks later no parts, return label or a call back after 3 messages. These guys are the absolute worst!!!

That is a very cool avatar, we have them out this way as well, its a local scrap hauling business.
