I need to order Dynamat or equivalent today, and was hoping to avoid a trip out to the shop to measure.

    Thanks!

Not a poke at ya........ an honest question, will it stay up once the car gets hot or will it ooze and sag down to the headliner?

It's Texas, so only time will tell. I'm actually looking for a heat reducer like dynaliner, which is designed to stay up there. Lots of threads on the subject... just need measurements at this point.

Ok, I hope you don't run a shop. That's an important thing to know how to do. I say this because when people don't know how to do something they have neat way's of asking for the answer to something.

be sure to allow for movement of the headliner bows, they come very close to touching the roof with fabric on them

Thanks for the reply... I went with the 1/4" dynaliner for this very reason.

It's all good... I pulled the comment after I wrote it, but apparently it still showed up.

dont use dyna mat on the roof! use a spray on sound deadener like lizard skin or something. dynamat will come loose after years of hot/ cold. plus the spray is better for getting into the nooks

Liquid Nails spread around before the Dynamat will help the bond.
