how much do we cut to make a shortbed

we have 1965 ford f100 and we want to make it a shortbed. how much do we have to cut out of the front and how much out of the back. does anyone have the measurements for a shortbed of this truck? thanks

from the link from texas hardcore it looks like 14 inches from the front and 6 from the back
