Hot Rods How do these fenderlights come apart ?

Can,t get the bulb fitting out. It,s the same size as the light body and i need to thread a new wire through but the small holes are at a bad angle and length to each other. Looks like it might all be soldered together. Extra pics so you can see how big they are.

No , not that. Thats easy. The whole piece with the fine thread. Same diameter as the main body.

 

I understand now. Are they supposed to come apart? How about a heat gun (not flame) and wax ,then two pieces of wood, one on each side of the threaded part in a vise, then try to turn the body by hand?

 

Looks like the housing is 2 pieces. Can it come apart? Or make it come apart for easier access .
