Sanded down my roof to bare metal. How do I make sure its clean/dust free before I put the paint on?

  2. Wipe it down with Wax and Grease remover and start painting.

    Need any help?

  3. go to Tech O'Matic, read the threads on paint prep and painting. If, you have little to no experience about painting etc. get manuals or books from your local paint supplier, book store, library etc. If, you screw up the basic bare metal prep, problems may keep happening thru the rest of the paint operation. Get really familiar with basic paint prep practices. The condition of the bare metal, the surface condition, presence of lead, filler or rust etc. determine how you prepare the surface and with what. "Wipe and spray" is very basic. "Wipe" with what and "spray" with what requires some more info.
