    I normally like the Chevrolet version of these trucks better than the GMC's but this truck looks just right.

    Hello,

    As time waits for nobody or even trucks, there will be a time when the old truck will have its day in the spotlight. The basics are there with different body panels and body work, it will be a looker. We all have talked about the best looking rims combination. This old truck already has a great start in that direction.

    In our teenage spray paint days, this was one of the color combinations we tried on our Flathead powered 1940 Ford Sedan Delivery and the 327 powered version. It was an ok look, but the black wheel paint was much better in the stylish look. YRMV

    Sometimes, the simplest solution seems like the best way to go for just about any hot rod or custom truck. IOHO

    Is there thread dedicated to just the 1928-1929 Ford closed cab trucks? There's a possibility one may be in my future... not this one of course but it was too purdy to not share...
