Hot Rod Trips West of Colorado?

In addition to our usual trips to Salina and the HAMB Drags this year we wanted to find something that takes us west- instead of across eastern Colorado and western Kansas. California is too far this year- not the right year for Bonneville- so anybody know of good events for traditional hot rods and customs in-

Utah?
New Mexico?
Wyoming?
or
Arizona?
