Folks, I have a Ford Model A type steering column in this 34 Plymouth Hot Rod. It has an aftermarket turn signal set up. I am trying to figure the wires out. So far, using a continuity test I have determined that the wiring seems to be: Red-Right turn signal Yellow-Left turn signal Brown-Column light center Green-Hazard lights (out) Orange-Column power There are two more wires, Blue and Black. Anyone familiar with this know what they are for: Horn? Ground? Thanks
I try to save things like bolt on turn signal diagrams in my Photobucket album. Most of them are fairly similar as most evolved from a basic design. The big difference is that most of the older clamp on switches didn't have brake lights and you had separate turn lights front and rear.
