Well hell, looks like it is the same weekend as EyesOn Design. Hopefully there will be a next year for Bowling Green

 

Cold water, Watermelon,, and a head cover for my bald head, and I make it through the heat every year...

 

May miss this year as the green backs are a little thin right now, trying to cut some other shows out and save some money other places. But I have not given up yet.

 

I'll be there probably driving one of Bill Akin's cars or possibly bringing one of his vintage Indy roadsters. One heck of an event if you haven't attended before. I will be driving one of these cars or hauling the Bardahl #15 vintage Indy car........Hope to see you there....gonna surprise all of you and bring the Stude one of these days..........but I just have too much fun hauling and showing the Indy roadsters!! And you never know we might throw the ole starter in and fire this baby while we're there!!

 

headed back, one of the best events in the nation!

Yep, both are always Fathers Day weekend just like the Roadster Show in Pomona which I wanna get to one of these years.

 

Oh yeah! Best event in the East IMHO. Can't wait!

 

BTW, I think Bruce got sick cause Carlo's was kidnapped....his sick had nothing to do with the hot of coldweather!!

I'll be there working NHRA tech as usual. Since everything is moved forward a day, we'll start teching cars on Wednesday this year.

While it is usually hot up by the staging lanes because of the crowds, it is a lot cooler down in our area at the far end by the scales. If any of you Hamber's get down my way, stop by and say Hi. Just ask for Travis (aka The Kentuckian).
