Had the corvett not had been in involved a real good doc and l team of Highly traind nerses might have been able to save them. It would not of been no out pataint thing though
I gotta admit.....I kinda LIKE it.... hahahahaha!!! Needs to lose the side marker lights though.... I'd grab a 6'r, cruise it to TN, pick up TINGLER, and hit the STRIP CLUBS......
Johnny, please tell me someone in our great state didn't build this! I have seen a C5-53 like in Ghostrdr's post here that is cool though. Hey did I get the last word before we closed this one?!
I can see the guy driving that POS,thinking everybody is admireing his nice wheels, but in fact they're thinking WFT! Kinda like the Fiero Ferraris,Corvette/Testarosas. There's always a guy out there that's gonna build them. Looks just as bad as the T-bird/shoebox! Harley Earl would tear his eyes out if he saw that.
My perscription for the pain, is as follows,... Three WTF's.... One Holy S#$T.... and one "WHY!!!!???"
Guys, I hate to say it, no kidding, but this is a limited production car, I think from the same guys that run Kanter auto parts. There's a series of them, all the same style. They're going for the Barrett-Jackson types, who remember when they "used to have one of those" The guys that only know cars as symbols, and they think the 60 chevy from their childhood had bombsights in the hood... Baby boomers running amok!
That's exactly where that thing belongs.....Barrett Jackson. That's where all the members of the more money than brains club hang out. Someone will pay way too much for it there !!
I went through and read every reply to this thread, and I gotta say it made me feel proud...proud to be reminded of the fact that there are a whole lot more people out there that view vintage tin the way I do...aesthetic value, craftsmanship, performance, and most importantly, proper execution and restraint. The biggest problem with the person(s) that built this "car" would be their inability to know when to stop. Senor Zenor...You nailed it...keep preachin the word man, we're readin you loud and clear...
