Vintage Hilborn 4hole injection HAT . Barrel valve has 25 which is a 56 according to Don at Hilborn. Linkage includes spring return tang. Lines look decent. No nozzles. Shaft/butterfly’s/linkage are smooth and have no slack etc. It was polished at sometime in its life. Apparently was serviced at Kinslers once- it had at the time of the photos a kinsler service tag glued to it.
