Hi... from the Outer Banks of NC

I just bought a 1935 Chevrolet sedan Outlaw body and frame. Although I have been working on rods for years I don't have the resources (tools, garage space etc)to do the work myself. I am looking for someone in the Chesapeake Virginia Beach area to do some work on my car. I am considering a GM crate motor and 700 R4 trans. I would like to switch over to an LS motor but don't think I'm ready yet, don't know enough about them....
If you know of anyone in the areas I mentioned that is reputable and GOOD at building Rods please let me know.
