There were a few years there where I bought HF tools, thinking the low cost more than compensated for the inferior quality - this after many years as a carpenter who had learned to buy high quality tools that last for decades. But now I'm back to my original position (you get what you pay for).
But Brian, I believe you have nailed it, they do have a low-incident value. Nice work!
