  7. Hey Kee-yid....c'mere, I wanna talk to ya for a minute...here's how it is, see?
Living in Santa Cruz, that 67 G.P. could very well be a "coast car" with rust, right? If it isn't, you can't afford to drive it as a 16 year old unless your folks are heaping wheelbarrow loads of cash on you daily. I know this thing because......when I was 16, I had a 56 olds 98 convertible which is roughly the same size/weight as your Gran Prix. With that much mass to move around, it will eat tires, brakes and gas. When you drive it "spiritedly", it will break parts... If the car is rusty, you don't want it anyway so lets either sell it or turn it into a parts car..
The C-10 could be a good school car and the 40 GMC could be the proud recepient of the 428/400 turbo. Then, you don't have 3 project cars taking up all your time and money, you have one daily driver and one project to work on AFTER your schoolwork is done and AFTER your daily driver is safe to drive....sound good?
    Welcome to the HAMB.........

hey, no my car has hardly any rust at all, i got it from my dads estate, he was a mechanic all his life and had his own shop, where he got the car, he died when i was 14 and i got the car.
the c10 my great grandfather bought new and it was passed down from him to my grandfather then to me dad and now me. its more of a project than i can afford right now so its put on hold...
the 40 right now is just a cab on a frame... i only got it because it was free and i wanted a hotrod...
my main focus is the pontiac, its almost done, it should be done when i get my license in july....
