Projects Here's one for you jack slaymaker "whatsit"

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by abonecollector, Aug 3, 2021.

  1. I've been asking all around locally,,& even reached out to an antique automobile club for assistance. I got this as a pile of scrap at the jack slaymaker auction. I m just trying to determine what it is, before I lop off the windshield frame, posts, dash, & cowl.

Wow. This place is crazy. Lol. That would be a cool car for sure if you had the rest

  6. Wow. That was quick. Looking at the car in 9ts finished form, it's too bad there wasn't more of it to work with. That is a great looking car. Kinda makes me want to hold on to it, just in case a restorer wants to nab it. The chrome windshield frame looks chopped from the factory. That & the posts are why I grabbed it. Then, I flipped it over, & saw how nice the dash "could be". Then, the fancy cowl vent really sealed the deal. I may have saved it from the scrapper, but, it really is rusty, so for how long, I do not know
