I'm just getting started on a Henry J. I need a measurement across the interior at the top edge of the bottom door hinges and also at the back of the doors about the same height. The floor and firewall of mine have been cut out and the bottom of the body has spread apart. Thanks in advance.

  3. My floor was replaced before I bought the car so not sure if it is right either. But from the top of the inside lower hinge pocket (where the hinge bolts in) to the same on the other side is 59 1/4 inches. At the rear it's the same measured from the inside to inside of the rear pillar.
The measurement was taken right where the side bars intersect with the front pillar.

B Pillars, 5 inches up from floor (had to clear d/s tunnel) 59 5/8. This was a rust free car, built on a chassis jig. Nothing moved from stock.
