Help With ID On This Part!!!

Found it in the trunk of the 39 chevy.

Is this some type of interior fan with the blades taken off? It's trimmed out really cool, like it is intended to be seen. Also has a 3 position switch, nose spins.

You guessed it. Interior "defroster" fan. Came with rubber blades.
