help identifying this door

I would like some help identifying this door A local guy has it and it is a mystery
It has three suicide hinges and it is aluminum. Rear door ?

Just guessing here,but I know some Essex & Hudson's used aluminum doors and body's. HRP

 

A picture of the inside face of the door may be a better identifier of the make.

 

I will do my best to get an inside picture

 

If the inside panels of the door have holes and mounting posistions on both sides of the panel, front and rear and left/right, it is likely a Hudson/Essex product. Every one I have ever seen has right/left panels and even frame crossmembers which have muliple position holes etc. They were big believers in multi-use panels and attendent cost savings in using them.
