    Early stone/woods/cook maybe? maybe when it was just woods, he was more of the motor guy wasn't he?

    Before boat tail speedsters became somewhat uniform the early crudely built cars were called "rat tail" roadsters.Although most of those were flat black with the wheels painted red.
