any one know what this frame is? it had leaf springs front and rear it is 114 "wb gas tank apron in rear and cable shocks. a guy was hauling it for scrap so I got it I do not need it. just hated to see a nice rust free frame scraped
That's a hard one, 114 wb is deff a car with some meat on it, Think chevy was shorter honestly. possibly a buick, maybe even a Packard, willis, pierce arrow, hell could even be lasalle. The parallel leafs say it was a car with some clout not a run of the mill car.
1930 dodge eight had 114 wb.... found one on here pretty close I think. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/1930-dodge-dc8-roadster-sleeper.1022908/
Nice save. Looks like it was cleaned and painted in the last decade. A lot easier to handle without the runningboard brackets and springs. Wonder where the rest of the car is.
I do not know where the rest of the car went. he had already hauled the front and rear off the week before.
