IMG_0336.JPG IMG_0337.JPG Hi, whilst looking for an original instrument panel for a 40's chev truck I came across this gauge panel. It is for a 40's chev truck and fits perfectly. I have never seen one like this before so hope someone can shed some light on it.
Thanks in advance as I know the answers are here

this picture was taken with a wide angle lens, so it's distorted, but you get the idea?

Looks from a military truck. I have the same one with the gauges and everything.

That's the one, makes sense as I found it in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia. Big WW2 military camp up there during the war. Funny thing is I have a couple of complete WW2 40's chev military trucks on the farm and they have the standard dash in them. They are maple leafs though. Thanks for help guys, it never fails. Paul.
