Can anyone use the following to identify a rear end. I think the rear end is from a 1959 Olds, give or take a year or so. I'm not sure that any of the following numbers are of any value at all but, at this juncture they are all I have. The casting numbers on the pumpkin are K271 as well as 53520. There is also one large #5. Unfortunately I do not have any images. Thanks for any help.
The K 27 1 leads me to believe that it's originally from a 1962 model, since it would mean November 27, 1961.
