Customs Help an old dude out with opnions skirts or no skirts

Yes to skirts... I am puting them on my 51 convert.. do these skirts make my butt look big...hell no..

From one fellow 48 Poncho owner to another. I say skirts all the way. They make the rear of the car IMO. The flow is cleaner.

OK , you have a problem or you would not have asked for help... agreed? ok Some say yes ,some say no, some say yes/no . You have a beautiful car. The top chop is super good. Stock top prolly yes Skirts. My take is make low but not a taildrager. The car is well comicbook high class. hmm. A Bruce Wayne 1948 car. Radius the rear fenders. (no skirts)Then go purple .(Dark Purple) hmm Bruce Wayne Purple. Radius is stock Pontiac 1940.

Normally I'm not a fan of skirts and your car is super cool without them; but your car looks BITCHIN' with them on!!! I vote YES!!!!!!!!!

X-2 With skirts it looks low and slow. These are all just opinions !

Skirts for sure and lower the back, leave front where it is.

 

I think skirts made the back end of that car look too thick. No skirts.

Appreciate it Foot. Love the heck out of your car. I had one like yours as well but was a 47. I couldn't afford to do both so I had to choose which one to keep. Hoping when I'm done with this one that I can find a 48 fastback to go with it in the garage. I think this era of Pontiac was great
