I just bought another 54 Belair and the car is in great condition with ONE extremely annoying exception. The passenger side front window will not roll down. The crank turns, and not the splines arent stripped the peg turns as well but the tracks aren't moving. My hands and arms are a bit bigger than average and can't seem to snake their way up far enough to feel around for anything. If you've had a similar problem any input or advice would be greatly appreciated!
Sounds like the spur gear is stripped or the case that holds it to the splied shaft is letting them not make contact. Did you try to help the glass down as you crank?
