Projects headers

Hey fellows,I’m working on my 65 Buick gs (401) was hoping to put headers on it,but the more I look at it I can’t see that they’ll fit on the drivers side. Any luck out their???

Headers can be tricky. May have to raise engine or temporarily remove the steering shaft to install them.

I've had to do both.

 

Don't know much about a 65 GS but a friend had a 69 with a 455 in it. On one side, (I think drivers) the front tube of the headers bolted to the head separately, went out over the top of the frame, then curled around underneath and slipped onto the collector. Was a real prick to get into place!
