have an original bill of sale can I make this a into a title

I bought an original bill of sale for the 24 T I have. Is it possible to use this to convert to a title? Or do I have a very nice piece of wall art?

I was going to go through them if this wasn't an option. It is an actual bill of sale from 1924.

 

I'd call your DMV and see what they say. You might have to have a death certificate from whoevers name is on the bill of sale. As recent as a few years ago in IL a licence plate registration and a bill of sale would get you a title, don't know if it still would.. Gene
