So in a wierd twist I sold my desoto motor and bought back the 331 from Creeper Larry in Fresno.

Its still on a palet and im wondering with Paso around the corner if anyone might have room and haul it someplace closer than Cali so that i might pick it up.

OR who knows maybe someone is making the trip... hauling some stuff or knows what company rules for shipping out of cali.

I'm going to check and see what he can offer as far as shipping but I thought I would ask and see what you guys knew.

Any help would be much appreciated. If it works out for soemone w/room on the way back I could help pay a big chunk of the gas etc---

    just throwing this out there.

    Jeff,
if somehow you can get the thing onto I-30 between Monahans, Tx to just outside Ft. Worth before the 28th, there's a good chance I can get it on the truck and bring it with me to Mpls.

thanks dan i talked to BOB Bleed today before he left for paso- they could ferry it home from cali but ==

they're going to paso for a VACATION and not to pick up hemis... [IMG]

plus i would have to figure out how to get it within a hour or so of paso so they could pick it up on there way home.

bob said they wont have the trailer at paso but they could pick it up if it werent that far outta the way on the way home.

If anyone can help and wants to give me a buzz my numbers 715 379 3479 call anytime...

if not NO BIG DEAL... this is not an emergency [IMG]

--i dont wana waste anyones time/effort etc so i'll most likely ship it freight but sometimes it doesnt hurt to check all the options--

I think I'm on it. I'll do my best bro. We would probably be picking it up on Memorial day Monday.

Sounds like Bob has it handled, but I thought I would throw this out there.

I could be a transfer point if it would help. I am about 10 minutes from Paso and I have a forklift. If someone is coming over from Fresno, I could store it for a few days.
