HAMB Model Build-Off 6: HEMIS and FLATTIES/Vote Now!!

The 6th HAMB model Build Off has been finished and it is time for you to vote. This time it's all about the power plants. Anything goes as long as it was powered by either a Flathead or Hemi style motor. We had 3 months to build our kits. Voting goes, like this. There seems to be some Hemi's mixed in with the Flatheads. Didn't want to vote if there's a mix up.

 

ya'all askin me , a Ford Flathead mechanic, former Plymouth salesman to choose ........ ? Nope , they all look god to me . I'm going to work on one of my model service stations today .

 

We are keeping any Ardun conversions as flatheads since it is a flathead conversion.

Wow NICE models! I forgot how cool those models were. When I was 19 I worked at AMT Model Car Company in Troy Michigan. I met my wife there.

I could get damaged models for 50 cents. All that was wrong with them was the boxes were wrinkled or mashed a bit.

What a bunch of cool memories seeing these models brought back. GREAT job guys all those models are WAY cool

i voted for myself. lol. dose that count? its all about having fun and building some cool shit and most big time hot rod builders started off building models so please vote. you may help a future hot rod builder get famous. lol.

 

So that 32 roadster is just sick. Wow.

 

I wish more people would sand their tires to make them look a little more real, but its all good.

I'm disappointed I didn't get to finish mine.....
