Poor bugger. That's very unfortunate. looks a lot like a shade sail or the like was blown over the car. Highly doubt it's a key or coin job there. But, the perp is still weak as piss for not identifying themselves. Hope the old boy is OK mate. Cheers Mudgy
This kind of thing is just bad news, whether on purpose or not, and the perp is, as has been said numerous times here an asshole. Accident -- take responsibility. On purpose - don't collect anything and go straight to jail (and stay there for a while) and pay for the damages.
