HAMB Chat . . .

Just curious. I notice that when a thread is started about the HAMB chat it always gets a super rating (stars) . What's so great about talking about the chat room? I could understand the chat itself getting a high rating if it was indeed a good one but a thread talking about it Or is the guy doing the rating somehow connected with the chat? Just curious.
