Hello from ct. I have finally decided to build the hot rod that I have wanted to for years. A traditional model a coupe with a flathead engine. I have the motor now I need the frame. I will search your site to find some answers to my questions. Like, how much pitting can a frame have and still be ok. I look forward to cruzing your site. Skip

I used to live in Silvermine, Ct. about 21 years ago before heading south to escape the winters and the snow.

I still go back every year to see family and old friends.

Thanks for the replies: i am in Norwalk: i went to look at a rolling chassis today but i think it has too much pitting: i am a welder/fabricator and blacksmith by trade and also teach this in a tech school: fixing anything will be easy but i think the frame should be as solid as possible without doing too much to start off with: any thoughts? sk
