After I realized that my 1939 chevy coupe has an interesting history (it was Paul Seisler's personal hotrod), I noticed that the 37 Desoto coupe I'm building has a Great Lakes Dragway tech inspection sticker on the windshield... It is from 9/01, but I suspect this car was a race car for a very long time...

Anyone recognize it or know the history of it ?? IMG_6008.JPG Tech inspection sticker.JPG windshield.JPG

  2. Good looking car from my neck of the woods, but I don't recognize it. What kind of plans do you have for it?

Thanks, I originally intended to just put power in it and do some racing and a bit of local cruising - it was to be the replacement for my 39 chevy coupe that was being sold (deal fell through) so now I have 2... so I removed the sketchy cage that was in it, boxed the rails and getting ready to put a "proper" cage back in it.
It is 4-linked, triangulated, etc. etc.
