    I do not know who manufactured this wheel...has no id numbers or marks. Approx 13" and 3"dish. Has hard smooth vinyl outer rim(not foam). Wheel is not show quality but just good old used driver condition. no adapter or horn button. Paypal preferred. Please pm me with questions. Shipping con US $14 Thanks
