Don't straight axle the wife's beater. Show some restraint, if you want a straight axle car... buy another one! :D

Keep in mind that almost any year B body mopar cross member is interchangable....You don't just need to look for a '64.
Whatever you do, please, please, do not put a straight axle in that car!

Ok I am hoping to go and look at the other car Friday. To bad a 72 Valiant wouldn't work my friend is stripping one down for parts for his Duster and the floors and torsion bar cross member are beautiful in the car. It is a 4 door sedan that was always garaged and driven by an older woman in town only.

  9. Now all you need is this motor for it!:D

My gramps had the same car, in black with a red interior. I remember the pushbutton shift and the parking brake lever on the dash. Thanks for the memories.

  18. i can tell you WW1 is your paint code i would almost swear its coded as a white car black is usually a X code

the 68 and older data plates arent as informative as the 69 and later ones

try over on moparts.com somone there can help[ you to decode it for sure

It definetly was a white car with black interior. When I pulled out the interior I found a broadcast sheet in the top back opf the rear seat and the floor is all white under the carpoet and you can see it was white under the hood insulation.
