Well, we've seen the first half. I'd really dig seein the rest of the story. (just to keep the gist going).
I had stumbled upon a 26/27 buried in just the same way just out side of Midlothian, Tx about 10 years ago. i tried digging it out, but the ground was like concrete. I wonder if it is still there?
Did he give it to you or did the land owner. We leased part of our place out one time and we had a old truck cab that we had used for a deer stand. It was gone one day and they said they took it because they thought sence they were leasing they could have it. They gave it back but make sure. He might not care about it right now but when he finds out its worth money things change.
The OP hasnt posted on this thread in over a year, but his profile says he was on the board today, wonder if he ever dug it out?
This thread is such a Tall Tease... He's SUNK my hopes of seeing the whole car. Why start a thread and not tell us how it CAME OUT? I have HALF a heart to notify the moderators.
Hey fellas, sorry for the teaser.I went to dig it up,and everyone's expectations were true....GONE,would have made a great wall-hanger,or parts. I left it there to RIP.Sorry for the lame ending...
Why not take a sawzall and atleast salvage the sude sticking out of the dirt. The value of the door is and quarter panel is well worth the time. Rod
hey you better dig it up before it gets dirty! huh? huh? . . i can't do it.. . . is that your better half?
