Event Coverage GNRS 2016 Special Building Theme...what will it be this year?

Last year was the 40 Fords, any clues yet on what it will be this year?

41 Willys and gassers?

I usually judge if I am going or not based on the the special theme building.

 

Any info yet?

This year’s theme is “Need for Speed".

 

Wonder what that will attract or consist of? I wonder what will be invited?

 

I know Ron Main is putting together a large Save the Salt - Land Speed SCTA display

 

In 2014 they had the 100 years of Bonneville and invited lots of cool Bonneville racers. I guess Save the Salt, Need for Speed all fit together for another great special display. I have loved all of them so far.

 

One of the invited vehicles is Mctim's 63 Y Block powered truck.
