During my years of messing around with GM classics I have a left over VIN plate for a vintage GM vehicle

Serial number: 51211667930
Engine: 122852
Body Serial: 10297
Trim: 625
Paint:556
Can you help me identify this vehicle ?

That isn't a VIN/Serial Number plate. You have a cowl tag. Not the same thing.
