Just purchased a 57 bowtie in a box. Being of the blue oval persuasion the assembly process may take significantly more time. I was hoping someone might have an assembly manual or shop manual that would help.

Just a friendly tip. keep looking, reading, searching and you'll get the idea as to how to "fit in". By the way, seems as though want you may need more than a manual is a car savvy friend. The "book" is a guide for those who are familiar with engines. Oh, yeah, welcome.
