I am curious as to what final track width people are ending up with on their front ends. Yes, I have searched, and info is very scarce and hard to come by.

It would all be dependent on the axle choice, the spindle/hub/brake package used, and the backspace/offset of the front wheels. Now remember, "track width" is the measurement from center of tread pattern on one side to center of tread pattern on the other side.

If you can please list your front end components and tell us the resulting front track width, it will help others in the planning stages of their builds.

Wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface would be useful if that is all you can get. Track can then be worked out with the wheels used.
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks Steve, but that info is not relevant to early beam axle cars. The choices of parts we use in our front ends will all result in a different "custom" track width. This is not important to a lot of builders, but if you are the type of person that thinks things such as "scrub radius" and "front vs rear track" are worth incorporating in your build, it may be something to consider. ;)
