Hot Rods Found: Old Slicks Stockton jacket

Hi guys,

I recently found this old jacket and was wondering if anyone had any information on the Slicks from Stockton California?

any info would be greatly appreciated

They evidently were skinny little guys.
And possibly trekkies (science officers uniform circa 2223)

I actually found it in London, UK at a second hand clothing store that imports american clothing in bulk (99% of it is garbage) but I have scored a few jems over the years as they don't really know what they are looking at. For instance this was for sale as a 70's sports team jacket.

 

Don't know anything about it except that it's cool. Nice find.

Try to contact Bob Panella at Panella Truckng in Stockton, Ca. Bob is in hjs mid 70's, and was into the hot rod, race car scene back in the day.

Did you ever find anything about The Slicks jacket? My father in law said he bought his hotrod from the slicks in northern california, in 1960
