Hello I'm James from Nor-Cal. Norther California to you all.

I love Old Cars. My Dad had a garage for many years and his name was Fred. Hence the handle. He was the original hotrodder, fixing cars by swapping parts from one make to another. Whatever worked! His cars were fast. I learned from him.

And I love old school cars cause you can work on them yourself and relatively inexpensively. New cars are cool, technology is awesome, but its difficult to work with them (try modifying a Ford 4.6 cammer motor!) and stupid expensive.

I appreciate the guys who figure out a way to make it happen, might even make their own parts or swap form another car.
My cars are all from the 60's and they are all drivers. Cause thats what I am about! I like to drive what I wrench on.
    Call me James
    or Fredsgarage (my proud handle)

    Welcome!

Check my album for a highly modified 4.6 motor if you're interested...
